Equipment, although expensive, can be used in a variety of ways. Here, you will see what equipment is best to keep in your school's physical education budget.
- Hula hoops
- Hula hoops are a great resource for a variety of activities. These can be used as targets for projectiles, crawling or crouching through, holding balls, zombie tag, a connector for students to work together, and so much more.
- Bean bags
- Bean bags pose as a great material for balancing, juggling, underhand tossing, relay races, and more.
- Bandanas
- Bandanas can be used in games of stealing, as blind folds, stretching modifications, connecting partners, and a light tossing tool for younger elementary students to react better.
- cones
- Cones are essential for setting boundaries, but they can also be used in activities like witch hat tag, construction pick up, mouse trap, and other niche activities.
- gator balls
- Gator balls are the most common balls to see in a gymnasium. They are a medium sized ball that would typically be used for dodgeball, but because they are foam, they can be used for modifications on any manipulative skill.
